Project Role:  Deputy Project Manager, Project Controls whose responsibilities included document control; Owner Direct Item Procurement; Owner transition planning and move-in; and cost reporting.  Project Manager for Post-Opening Work and Project Close-out.

Project Role Senior Scheduler whose responsibilities included overall project progress review; schedule advisor for IO on construction schedule and progress; and transition planning from Design Build Contractor to Facility Stakeholders.

Project Role:  Project Manager whose responsibilities included program development; budget analysis; scheduling; cash flow; design management; managed specialty consultant procurement including lease consultant and event planning consultant; liaison with proposed attraction operator.  Also advised CLC on project implementation strategies and contract strategies.

Project Role:   Assistant Project Manager whose responsibilities included management of theatre and arcade construction; design consultant and contractor coordination; and liaison with operation staff from feasibility studies through to completion of construction.
