Project Description: Annual capital/operation improvements, Corporate Sponsor initiatives and special projects for MLSE including fit-out of Hot Stove Restaurant, Adrenaline Lounge & Fan Zone; renovation to team facilities; decommissioning of Maple Leaf Gardens; F.F.&E. procurement; installation of tenant/sponsor kiosks and displays; and mechanical, electrical, security and IT upgrades.

Project Role: Senior Scheduler whose responsibilities included overall project progress review; schedule advisor for IO on construction schedule and progress; and transition planning from Design Build Contractor to Facility Stakeholders.

Project Description: Feasibility Study for a proposed retail and entertainment attraction at the base of the CN Tower in downtown Toronto.
Project Role: Project Manager whose responsibilities included program development; budget analysis; scheduling; cash flow; design management; managed specialty consultant procurement including lease consultant and event planning consultant; liaison with proposed attraction operator. Also advised CLC on project implementation strategies and contract strategies.
