Project Description and Role: Development of the Athletes Village for 2015 Pan/Para-Pan American Games that was converted into commercial and residential units after the Games.
Project Role: Senior Project Manager whose responsibilities included project management support to IO's Project Team in administration of Design-Build-Finance Contract involving assisting in construction oversight; cost control; scheduling; Toronto 2015 transition; Compliance Team Management; claim analysis; and providing advice to Senior IO Management.

Project: MLSE Broadcast Studio
Client: Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd.

Completion Date: 2001
Project Description: Development of 10,000 sq.ft Broadcast Studio to broadcast Leafs TV and Raptors TV Digital Channels launched in September 2001. Project also included the fit-out of a 7,000 sq.ft retail warehouse and shipping facility within the building.
Project Role: Project Manager whose responsibilities included feasibility analysis; overall project and budget planning; program development; procurement of consultants; management of design and construction; municipal approvals; and liaison with landlord.

Project: New Administration Office Building
Client: Toronto Regional Conservation Authority

Project Description: Development of TRCA's new 80,000 sq.ft. four storey mass timber office building including seeking LEED Platinum, WELL Silver and Building Non-Zero Carbon Status.
Project Role: Senior Project Manager during Concept/Schematic and Design Development phases whose responsibilities included overall project planning; procurement of consultants; management of design, sustainability and construction. Also provided direction and advice to TRCA's Senior Leadership on contracting strategies, budget, project implementation, schedule, risk analysis and municipal approval strategies.

Project: Havergal Master Plan Development Projects
Client: Havergal College
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Project Value: $42 Million
Completion Date: 2020
Project Description: Expansions and renovations to the School Buildings focusing on Art and STEM education programs as part of the overall 2020 Strategic Plan and includes upgrades to the School's food service amenities.
Project Role: Senior Project Manager during Design and Construction Startup whose responsibilities included project programming; municipal approvals; and design and construction management. Advised Havergal's Board and Senior Leadership on project implementation and governance ensuring compliance with the Principal's mandate and quality standards.
